We offer safe and reliable delivery for all our items. Find available delivery options and estimated arrival dates for each item on its product page under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab. Select your preferred option during checkout.

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. However, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is processed. For any inquiries, you can contact us by email or click the green “Live Chat” button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

How Are Small Items Delivered?

Small packages will typically arrive via USPS, Ontrac, or Uniuni. As signatures are not required, these carriers may leave your package at your door. If you have specific instructions (like requesting a safe location), leave a note for the delivery person with your name, request, and tracking number.

What Are the Delivery Methods And Shipping Costs for Small Items?

We offer two shipping methods for US customers across all 50 states. However, we cannot ship to military APOs, and additional shipping charges may apply for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders under $55 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

You’ll see the ‘Free Shipping’ message displayed under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab of the product page. If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, any associated shipping costs will be listed in your Cart and during Checkout.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped the next day.

We also ship small items to Australia, Canada, the UK, and countries across Europe. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How Are Large Items Delivered?

In most cases, large item(s) will be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ensure the product arrives safely and soundly. Your order is handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse to the time it has been successfully delivered to your home. Since delivery personnel will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you, your phone number must be accurate on your order.

We offer Free Delivery for all large items to valid addresses within the contiguous U.S.
