Care & Manual Instructions

Storage:

  • Keep the carrier away from sharp objects to help prevent scratches, snags, and other damage.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, oils, and corrosive substances.
  • A slight odor is normal after sealed packaging or shipping. If needed, air out the carrier in a well-ventilated area for a few days before first use.

Cleaning

  • Unzip the bottom compartment and remove the PE foam base insert before cleaning.
  • Gently hand-wash in cold water only. Do not machine wash, dry clean, bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
  • For small stains, spot-clean with a soft brush or cloth, then air-dry in a cool, well-ventilated area.
  • Wash dark and light colors separately. Minor color transfer may occur during the first wash. To help reduce this, soak dark-colored fabric in a mild saltwater solution for about 30 minutes before washing.
