Cat Muzzle Ball For Grooming, Meowing, Or Biting
$14.99$19.99

A cat muzzle ball, also called a cat astronaut helmet or cat bubble helmet, is a type of muzzle that looks like a transparent dome or ball that fits over a cat’s head. It is designed to restrict a cat’s biting and scratching while still allowing them to breathe and see. These cat bubble muzzles are made of lightweight, breathable plastic and have adjustable straps to fit around a cat’s head.

They are typically used by veterinarians, groomers, or pet owners who need to restrain their cats for short periods of time, such as during nail clipping, bathing, or wound care. Whether you’re dealing with an aggressive cat or simply want to ensure your safety and theirs during grooming, the Cat Muzzle Ball is the perfect addition to your pet care toolkit. Say goodbye to stressful grooming sessions and hello to peaceful, bite-free interactions with your feline companion.

Typo correction for my post

I have worked in Veterinary care (not very care) for almost 30 years.

Good idea

This looks like a great solution. The person that left the previous comment has never had to handle a fractious cat. A typical cat muzzle covers the face and ties behind the head, kind of a cone shape with the point open for breathing. The truth is, many cats will not allow someone to do the things that must be done in order to maintain their health. I believe kitty would tolerate a few moments of being miserable to the constant misery of a nail that has grown into the paw pad. This restraint allows the cat to still see clearly and the owner to visually connect with their cat to help them feel safe. Having worked in very care for almost 30 years, I would recommend this. It is the better way.

Disturbing

Just looking at this gives me claustrophobia. The cat pictured looks absolutely miserable. Please don't force this on your cat. It fully constricts their whiskers, ears, and face. There have to be other options.
